01 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the United States Premier Women's Football League ("USPWFL," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Certain features — such as tryout applications — require you to be 18 years or older. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

03 Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Copy, scrape, or harvest data from the Services without our written permission;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.

04 Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including the USPWFL name, logos, team marks, text, graphics, photos, and video — is owned by or licensed to the USPWFL and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent.

05 User Submissions

When you submit information through our forms (such as tryout or contact forms), you grant us the right to use that information to operate and improve the Services and to contact you. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

06 Tickets, Events & Tryouts

Ticket sales, events, and tryouts may be subject to additional terms, schedules, and eligibility rules. Football is a physical contact sport; participation in tryouts or events is undertaken at your own risk, and you may be required to sign separate waivers and releases.

07 Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

08 Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information (including scores, stats, and schedules) is accurate or complete.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the USPWFL and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10 Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
